Hawai'ian Breath & Movement Lomi Lomi Part 1
January 26th to 29th, 2023

Hawai’ian Breath and Movement Meditation
This sacred movement was designed to help us to integrate change
as gently and continually as we breathe and move!
Hele Mai!
You are called to Remember!

Lomi Lomi helps to release the aches, pains and strains of the heart!
It is a sacred coming home to you.

You May Experience:
Improved coordination, inner balance and alignment, increased energy, emotional clearing, vibrational adjustment, rewarding sleep, insights and a deep sense of connection to Source

THERE ARE NO PREREQUISITES FOR THIS COURSE AND NO SKILLS NEEDED TO ATTEND AND EXPERIENCE THIS ANCIENT HEALING WORK
It is said by our teachers, that from lifetime to lifetime, we promise to return, to re-discover this work and to bring it forward to serve future generations!
Come and Remember! Hele Mai!

Practiced by the healers of Hawai’I for thousands of years, legends say they learned it from the dolphins. This sacred movement discreates shadows and creates light, love and insights. That is powerful for a simple 1-2-3 step movement! Come discover for yourself, through the experiences awaiting you!

ARE YOU READY TO SURF THE WAVES OF CHANGE?
We continually attempt to get out of the undertow and find ways to surf atop the wave-upon-wave of radical change in our personal lives and the world around us. This unprecedented degree of change is still increasing at an exponential rate. Where it will take us, we can only imagine and expect to be surprised! This playshop offers you a chance to surf!  In this Playshop of movement and breath, you will discover and experience how to create harmony and integrity, first within yourself and then for others and the spaces around you. The gentle fluid movement of the ‘dance’ sends forth a wave of blessings and integrative healing.  The breathing pattern, called “Ha breath” when used on its own, is a traditional Hawai’ian practice, which energizes, cleanses and connects us to our Source!  The playshop is focused on gentle movement for extended periods of time. Intervals of physical rest while focusing on breathing or guided meditation, light snacks and time to integrate and reflect are woven through the experiential learning.  Discover a New Way of Moving Through Life!
